I have been a fan of Epic-Fu since its JetSet days. One of the reasons why I started blogging about Hip Hop so constantly is because of Epic-Fu. Epic-Fu is all about internet culture and it helped me to realize what I am all about, which is Hip Hop culture. What other subject could I be more knowledgeable about than what I live and breathe everyday? My blog is all about Hip Hop and Hip Hop culture so check it out. You might like it.
The reason for this thread is because I want all of you Mix members to post your favorite Hip Hop artists on the thread whether they are mainstream or unsigned hype. By doing so I have a better idea of what artists you all are interested in. Helping me will help me publish more posts about the artists that you guys care about the most. So post the names of your favorite Hip Hop artists and a website or MySpace page if you can. Thanks!
Botanica del Jibaro / Project Mooncircle / Beta Bodega Coalition
They stand for a fair music industry with great, insightful and inspirational music.

They have some of my favorite artists signed, such as Cyne, Seven Star, Manuvers, Bougaloo and Soarse Spoken.

Saul Williams and DJ Shadow, though both would inevitably be set in fringe sub-genres of hip hop, one for being overtly poetic and protest-ey, and the other for being more a DJ than an MC.
