China (Particularly Shanghai, Beijing, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, though, I'm not opposed to more travel in that country.)
Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Okinawa, and Hokkaido. It would be nice to do this on a bike or some slow mode of transport.)
South Korea - Just tool around. It would be pretty nice to see that country as well.

I personally would like to visit every country and every place on this planet. Unfortunately, that's not that easy to do, so if I had to prioritize, I would say the Galapagos Islands, Japan, Serengeti, the Egyptian Pyramids, Machu Picchu and a cultural tour of Europe.
