I once handed a homeless man in paris 20 euro. He was crying he was so happy. Jesus, it was one of the best experiences of my life. I was about to cry myself.

No, i live in downtown san francisco. there are ppl make a living from "panhandling". its all over the world and ppl are taking advantage of it. everyday i see ppl asking for spare change and smoking crack, drinking 40's of steel reserve and pissing in the streets. i feel like the rest of the nation is running there homeless ppl off the streets and heading them west to San Francisco in hopes of collecting them all in one place.
