Gay Marriages - legal (and illegal) all over US

What is the Mix's feeling about Gay Marriages?

I look at "gay" as a sexual preference: I (a man) prefer women (only) sexually. Some men prefer other men sexually.

Sex and business are separate. Sex and religions are separate. Sex and intelligence is separate. Sex and skill, ambition, looks, etc - all separate.

I would feel very uncomfortable if a gay man was "hitting" on me, but that does not mean that an openly gay man alone makes me uncomfortable. Turns out that a couple of good friends were "gay" - I didn't notice because they never "came on" to me. And, I was (naively) shocked when I found out.

How does the Mix crew feel about this?

Please - this is not a gay bashing topic. If you feel strongly about this, try and form some intelligent opinions, please. Also, mind Epic-Fu's motto:

Whether or not you feel comfortable about it really isn't the issue. Being able to marry someone you love regardless of sex is a basic human right in many countries and should be everywhere, and looking at it any other way is as discriminatory as any other form of sexism. Yes, those are strong words. But when it comes to human rights issues, sometimes it's necessary.

Also, being in any way LGBQT (Lesbian/Gay/Bi/Queer/Transgendered) is a sexual orientation, not necessarily a preference. "Preference" refers to an idea that they have chosen to be this way, which isn't the case.; ▶ Reply to This

I mean, the only people getting mad are religious fanatics.
They're not trying to change the Bible, there just changing the constitution, which was written by men. The Bible was as well, but that's another topic for another time.
All in all, I am a straight man, I like boobs, lol, but I support peoples right to make the choice for themselves and I am happy that they can get married.
