A1 Sauce is an acronym for "Ambrosia number one." Ambrosia makes most people think of that fruit salad stuff with sour and whipped cream in it. Ambrosia is a word which comes from Greek mythology and is the food or drink (or in this case the sauce) of the gods. Though you wont find it on Wikipedia anywhere, I've also heard that there are only a select few kinds of ambrosia -- 7 kinds if I remember right. A1 claims to be the "first."

Five-Point-Palm Exploding Heart Technique.
This fighting move was shown in the Kill Bill Movie Series and I thought is was pretty far fetched.

But guess what, it’s really is a move you can do and it does work. It has to do something with disrupting the rhythm of your heart beat.
