Which Game Console will get the most purchase during the Holiday Season

xbox 360, if consumers do their math. PS3 is going to be the best system once the game developers catch up with the hardware. For now, 360 has best selection of games and highest capable hardware that is being used.

For the holiday season... 360. Dude, Halo friggin 3. Pretty obvious that that is going to be huge. But I will get the Wii. It's what I've wanted since it came out. PS3... meh. It needs to start learning that good graphics mean nothing without good games. Nobody cares about Ridge Racer anymore!!! Give us MGS 4 before we spork you all to death!

Wii. Their tapping into some major corporations. They are getting a version of the Sims to run on Wii, and that should bring more comsumers because that is an extremly popular game and many people will buy Will soley for that game.

Lets see, so far the Wii has outsold both the 360 and the PS3 combined. I'd say that it's safe to call the Wii the champion of the holiday season. I will be getting one.

The 360 ain't too far behind the Wii. Sony is the predicted looer. Sony's got a huge price tag and not enough good games to justify it.

well yes they do, but you have to consider, people would rather pay console prices then 400 for a mediocre pc that will give you the bare necessity to play a game . ..

and a gamer, is going to want to play a game like cysis, which is going to need a tip top system .. .

wii would 'win' if they had adequate supply, but that probably won't happen any time soon, sadly .. .

with the rumored 80gb PS3 price drop to 499 it could 'win' holidays GameBiz Daily.. .

BUT
360 they will most likely 'win' solely on the fact of halo 3 and madden .. .

Wii has been selling strong and with the list of games coming out (metroid just released, the new mario, and smash bros to name a few) I think it will continue to dominate sales. Though as it was mentioned, they are still hard to find.

This is of course something I am happy about since I have always loved nintendo. =)

if you want to play games online. hands down go with the 360. they dominate the online scene and i dont think anyone will touch them. also they have sold over 10 million 360 which outnumbers the sales of wii and ps3 put together i belive. therefore your friends are most likely going to have a 360 over the other 2 systems

if you want to try something new and exciting go with the wii. i still cant get over how awesome wii bowling is. also i have never played the system by myself and i dont know if i would want to. it seems like a system i would only touch when people are around.

if you want to invest in the "future" go with ps3. they got a couple of games out right now but nothing revolutionary that has tempted me enough to buy it. once software developer figure out how go unlock the cell process this system will byfar dominate but who knows how long that will take. how long did it take them to use everthing ps2 had 5 years ? more ? i will eventually buy one but right now im holding off.

if i had to guess which one is goin to sell the most this holiday season im going to go with the 360 because Halo 3 the next sequel in one of the biggest franchises in history is coming out and seeing as its the first Halo to come out for the 360 i think your going to have a bunch of people picking up the system just so they can play that game. just my 2 cents!

Actually the Wii has outsold the XBOX 360 and PS3 combined and is in the record books for the fastest selling video game system in history. Mario will makes the Wii's lead even greater.
