It probably won't matter what punishment the school gives him. Its the students' punishment the kid will feel.

My school lib. is "public" even though it is on a private campus. It is right next to down town Pittsburgh though, so some old nasty lookin bum comes in and flashes some girls and runs out!
What is it with whippin your dick out in the lib? From horney boys to nasty old men, this just isn't right...

Strange that you say your school library is "public." My zoned library is also the same way. What the hell?! I thought this idea was VERY STRANGE - but I guess it's a way of limiting spending.

I would NOT want strange ADULT people having access to the school library. It's a high school, but still the same - BAD IDEA!
