UPS saves 3 million gallons of gas by NOT turning left

I thought this is pretty interesting. they used software to calculate the most efficient routes for deliveries and ended up cutting almost 30 million miles off its delivery route. Which in turn resulted in saving almost 3 million gallons of gas and reduced CO2 emissions by 31,000 metric tons.

wow..cool article. .. I Know that trying to make a left turn in Los Angeles is a pain in the ass. I think I waste half my gas just watiing.

That is one of the coolest articles I have seen in awhile. Amazing what just a left hand turn can do!
